New Ewe reserves the right to change the website at any time. Prices shown include VAT but do not include delivery costs.
Photographs on the website are not to scale, so please check dimensions before purchasing.
Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be slight variation.
All photographs and text on this website are owned by New Ewe, we are happy for people to share our images, but please make sure they are correctly credited and include a link to this website.
Orders:
We try to ensure that all items are in stock, but should your purchase be temporarily out of stock, we will telephone or email you to offer either a later delivery, if possible, or failing that, a refund.
Credit and debit card orders are processed securely by PayPal.

Delivery:
Delivery will be via UK Mail. The standard cost is £5.00. These costs only apply to mainland UK. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days.
International Orders:
We welcome international customers. Shipping costs can be quoted for if you email us on newewespa@gmail.com. Please include your telephone number. You may have to pay local customs or duty charges and these are not included in your payment to us.
Due to excessive insurance premiums, we cannot supply goods to the USA and Canada without first receiving a signed indemnity waiver, please email for details.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
